Maverick Martin
Those of you that were at the meeting last week will have heard of the egm of the NFSA that has been called. This has been brought about because of the restrictive nature of the rules of the NFSA and their unwillingness to recognise the need for change from within. Six sea angling clubs from the Bournemouth and Poole areas have called this Extraordinary General Meeting of the NFSA, to be held at their Head Office at Buckfastleigh on Saturday 29th January 2005 to determine the way forward. If you care about our sport, please read the attached letter and pledge your support either in person or via a proxy vote. If you are not a member, but would like to become one, and recognise the need for modernisation, join the NFSA now so that you will then be eligible to vote on this important issue.
