February Club Night

I have posted this in this area as February's club meeting is devoted to David Mitchell from the Angling Trust and is open to all Sea Anglers both shore or boat and AT members or not.

 

The meeting will start at the usual time of 8pm but I ask if everyone can arrive by 7.45 if possible.

 

The meeting is open to non club members and invitations have been sent to all of the local clubs and charter skippers (that I know about).

 

The address for the meeting is:

BH14 0BB

It is next to the Esso garage in Ashley Road so it is easy to find.

 

I hope we get plenty of support for this meeting and I trust it will not turn out to be a slanging match as it is your opportunity to find out what the Angling Trust is doing for Sea Anglers and how anglers can help the AT.

I echo PJ's comment!

 

I met with David last month for lunch (thanks PJ for the intro re the AT scheme) and we spent a good couple of hours withi his boss just putting the world to rights and discussing the AT and what they do. He really does know his stuff and is an attribute to the Trust.
