Some kind soul has just pranged Sam's car, so our trip is delayed untill Friday. He is OK but far from happy.

Nige ... sorry to hear your back is not so good..... knew it was crock but not that bad...Hope it all goes to plan... back pain is one of the worst....amazing what you need your back to do, sometimes even the simplest of things cause pain.

Don't take any "short-cuts", get rest and get it right.

Ha Ha .... well somehow I have managed to beat the odds and it would seem (so far) that I am getting a day off to go and play!!
