It works this way

 

just copied and pasted from the gallery

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Now how do I get the size right?

or get embed image to work from gallery

To get from the gallery you click on "My Media"

then select the image you want and it will put something like this in the post 

 

 

[sharedmedia=gallery:images:1]
 

 

which will then show the image like this :-
