Wessex Angling Update

Having been critical of Wessex Angling in the past, I had a phone call this afternoon to say that the New Management  had got various things they ordered in for me. The whole atmosphere was much better and people were friendly and couldn't do enough.So a big thumbs up. Got Club discount, they got another small order and I left a happy bunny. I must pass the shop at least half a dozen times a week and it is always easy to park behind, so frustrating over the last year or two.It is now back on my list as my local Tackle Shop.

I too have been critical of the old set up, but have every intention to give the new owners a try once the weather is more conducive to spending money on fishing gear :-)

I asked about gift vouchers that had been issued before they took over and was told they will be honored after 1st April for a month.

I called in today and liked the display of savage lures, the shop looks better each time I go in there now, I wish Neil all the best and a successful future

What a difference a few months can make,

I've been into Wessex and they now have a great selection of tackle on display.

Now it is too easy to spend money, not like it was, almost impossible too!!

When I asked about the opening times I was told they will even open earlier if required.

 

Now that is service with a smile.
