Oh ok, Neal I didn't know that, I didn't spot that rule in the competition rules posted here http://www.pbsbac.co.uk/ipb/topic/9439-pbsbac-club-competition-rules/

and it's the first club competition I've entered I just assumed it was for club boats and those people listed on the boat.
