Manic Moore
Yes it's me again. Wondering if anyone is venturing out Saturday to try for a conger or 2, weather permitting. I promise to get my own boat out once the weather gets a bit warmer (no cuddy) See you Thursday Gordon

Swainiac
Paul, if you're out on sunday, try a Bream rod too, see if the pesky little buggers are in the ledge area yet, as I noticed on another thread that they are showing off Poole. Newboy
Probably not the place to ask, but does bream really show up this early?
Maverick Martin
Nope I think there have been one or two in nets but havent heard of any and would be very surprised to hear of any being caught on rod and line Martin
great white
I am not sure how tongue in cheek the bream comments were. If you try bream tactics on wrecks at this time of year you will catch lots , but they will be pout not bream I think. Last year I took Sam to the "start" and it was taking less than 2 seconds from the weight hitting bottom to the first pout bite on baited feathers Tight lines on Sat, I await reports Charlie
