Coddy Posted September 27, 2016 Report Posted September 27, 2016 It will be interesting to see if the usual trawler returns and does its worse. The problem is it will take some time for this by-law to be passed Quote
Leicester Fisheagle Posted September 27, 2016 Report Posted September 27, 2016 Have tried several times to download the two files on Bottom Trawled Fishing Gear. Don't seem to be having any success. Quote
Brian Posted September 27, 2016 Report Posted September 27, 2016 The problem is it will take some time for this by-law to be passed The documents are Byelaws, not proposals. According to the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, they have the power to make the byelaw. The following sentence is in the both documents "I hereby certify that the above byelaw was made by Southern Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Authority at their meeting on 22nd September 2016".
