I caught monster on 6 to 12 lb rod loaded with 30lb braid , bait was mackerel flapper , took 30 mins + to get it to boat , once i figure out how to i will post piccy on here . Hi Newboy , i have a buddy up in Oban at the moment fishing for Skate and his best is 274lbs , takes an hour to an hour and half to get them off the bottom .
