Southern IFCA and Plymouth Univ. FinVision Project. 30th Nov.

Southern IFCA are one of several partners working on a project from the University of Plymouth called FinVision.

This involves the use of smart cameras and analysing videos and fish numbers, especially juvenile ones.

 

The Angling Trust are holding a virtual Forum on Thursday, 30th. November.

This was an interesting presentation. Allan's description is spot on so I wont bore you with a summary of the meeting but you can go to their website here which includes a trial set of videos.

You will soon be able to register for on-line training to help in the programme.

They promised to post a recording of the session on the AT site.
