Member Removed
Headed out from Cobbs mid morning and caught some pollack off Brownsea using micro feathers. Lovely and calm, Peacocks on the walls and some curious daytrippers gave me some funny looks. It was so pleasantly calm, a great day to be out. Fished livebait in the Swash channel, with so little tide didn't get much interest, until I had a good take and the braid parted!! After a few more drifts the engine buzzer started to sound and the engine went into limp home mode. Crawled back to Cobbs at 4 knots a shame as the speed has been lifted. The problem was the thermostat so could have been a lot worse. Bumped into Maverick on the slip he and his crew had had an interesting day.
