New Sole, Brill And Mackeral Records

Hi guys

 

Its friday night which seems to be sole night at this time of year, so I thought an update was in order

 

I had a report yesterday that the Club record for sole has now increased to 2lb 2oz

caught by John Peck last week

 

He also reported a Mackeral of 2lb 2oz which equals the Club record

 

and his Dads Brill of 8lb 8oz which beats his own Club record caught in 2004.

 

I knew when the phone went that there would be some good fish, because they catch plenty but only record a few good ones.
