Also, having not been out on the boat for almost 5 weeks I am getting itchy!! Why is the weather always so crap this time of year! The long range shows no let up until the mid Nov!!

Hi Adam

Yes there is a comp on the books for this Sunday

Its the last of our species comps, and there are a few positions that could change

At this stage the weather forecast is poor so please remember to let us know you are going, in case we have to postpone.

I too have not been out for ages so am keen but not so keen to get out in the rough water.

we were at Portland Bill today [Ashore] the races looked fantastic but the weather was for to rough for boating

I have just spoken to Peter

Our decision is that the Competition WILL NOT be held tomorrow because of the forecast and the swells that are currently in the channel. sad.gif

We have decided to postpone 1 week at this stage.

Sorry for the short notice

Charlie,

That is actually really good news. I have a chest infection at the moment, so wouldn't have been able to make it anyway. It will possibly mean competing against the 2005 / 2006 National Boat Champion ( hopefully ) smile.gif
