Hi all

Just a quick recommendation for Prop Revolutions in Cobbs Quay, just picked up my prop after hitting Christchurch bar.

It needed straightening, re-profiling and balancing.

Came back looking new including a new paint job

Anyone know the torque setting for a Mariner/Mercury 60hp prop nut?

Not very tight!

If you have not found the manufacturers setting then try this general rule.

Up tight but don't go mad, then back off half a turn.
