Visited Lechlade Trout Fishery on Friday - corporate entertainment day.... ph34r.gifbiggrin.gif managed to have a dabble myself and came away with 3 plump rainbows.

 

They didnt quite look as appetizing as the fish from Rockbourne or even better the stock/wild fish from the Test - but tasted great tonight poached in 3/4 bottle of chardonnay with steamed veg and new potatoes...mmmmmm! biggrin.gif

 

Now need to get round to cold smoking the 4 sides of trout I have in the freezer!
