West Solent - Keyhaven -> Pennington Area

Fished the the Keyhaven and Pennington area of the Solent yesterday with Zzippy. Low water was late afternoon and fished from early afternoon till dusk.

 

Weed was not too bad and our baits remained uncovered on most drops. Bites were slow on the ebb - the flooding tide brought the action and we had bream (up to a 1lb and a half) and bass up to about 4lb. Zzippy got snapped off by something 'big' around a marker buoy. Bream for lunch today
