Newboy
You must be using xp. It's the built in security, when you press the http:// tab, a window pops up, click on it and you also see there's a highligted line at the top of the screen below all file, edit, veiw,.... and all the short cut, click on it to allow pop up window and it will work. plaicemat
No, doesn't work. PBSBAC is a site for which I allow Popups. The message I get is 'Error! You must enter a URL You must enter a title'. I used to click the hyperlink box and another box would come up where I would enter the details. What's changed? Terry. Maverick Martin
mmm Terry when you get the message look at the yellow line just below your navigation bar, you will see a question mark with a message stating: This website is using s scripted window to ask you for information. If you trust this website, click here to allow scripted windows... Click on this message as instructed and it will work I think the problem has happened because of security updates in the new operating system from gates and co Martin
Paul D
Terry, I get the message too and the workaround is as martin says. Reason is ( and I am guessing here but a good bet ) that you are using the new Internet Explorer 7. I am looking for a better solution. Paul D
OK assuming you wish to trust our website ( we are trustworthy honest ! ). Select Tools and then select Internet Options. In the Internet Options window select the security tab and then highlight the Trusted Sites logo ( one with the green tick ). Click on the sites button and add http://www.pbsbac.co.uk to the list ( you will need to leave the "Require https id for all sites unchecked ). No more annoying prompts on this site then.
