Paul J
It's a pretty boat and has a good fishing pedigree, it'll be a shame to see it go PJ
Newboy
Shame, but you can bet top dollars the new boat will have a even better pedigree.
Adam F
The final sting in the tail is that having practically sold BW, and arranged transport, new engine, insurance change, a mooring and finances for the new boat - I get a call this morning from the broker who has sold the boat over the weekend at LIBS. My fault ultimatly for not leaving a deposit, but it was a gentlemans agreement and they had prmoised to phone me before agreeing anything on it. Aparently a guy rolled up at the show and paid full whack their and then without even seeing it. I'm now practically boatless and back to the drawing board. Mike Y
Really sorry to hear that Adam. You are always welcome on Blue Boy. Mike
alun j.
What a disappointment!, esp. after all your hard work and research........ to have it 'snatched' away at the last step. I wonder if you'll end up at a similar choice after the next round of hunting ?? On the slip yesterday was a brand new Warrior 175 being given its maiden outing by a very proud owner. On the back , a gleaming new Honda 130 !! I bet that will fly ! The only upside [ apart from the money you are not yet spending ] is you won't be short of fishing trips in this club........you're always welcome ....... and there soon won't be much fishing about for a couple of months! So , back to a drawing board packed with ideas ?? Alun.
