Just thought it worth sharing with you a heart warming story of good customer service. As you know my Mercury 75hp was very ill just before Christmas with a corrosion problem that had caused cooling water to enter the oil sump. Unfortunately the engine was a few months out of warranty so I was facing a very large bill for the strip down and rebuild.

I suppose the suggestion that as you have sorta recieved a windfall that the drinks are on you would be met by an eery silence, apart from the faint whistle of a cold wind blowing across the tundra? sad.gif

PS It's nice to here about Yellow Penguin as they will be the service agents for my Susuki, very reassuring.

I would echo the praise given to Yellow Penguin.

 

I bought a Karnic 2460 second hand from a private individual. Yellow Penguin are the main agents and Paul (the boss) couldn't have been more helpful with info etc and that was even before I purchased the thing. They have also given good service since. Thoroughly recommended
