as the title suggests the post is about storage biggrin.gif

 

im thinking of getting a boat in the future but i have no place to store a boat cool.gif

 

as im a complete noob and dont know any thing how do i:

 

A:find out about moorings and costs

 

B:find out about a dry dock where i can launch a boat from

 

C:a field it can be stored in

 

D: cheapest version of A &B &C biggrin.gif

Depnding on size I suspect it will be cheaper to store in a compound than any other option.

 

Where is your home location as I am sure you want to be fairly close to the boat if poss.

 

I know of a couple of places if you get desperate! huh.gif

i live in poole town centre next to the swimming pool biggrin.gif

 

as for size i doubt it would be much bigger than 14ft maybe 16ft at a stretch ,but it wont be any time soon cos i need to sell my other toy first ma motorbike before im allowed any more toys so the wife says biggrin.gifbiggrin.gif

 

as for compound do you mean cobbs quay and such places like that to store??

No they are away from the town so a tow would be required, is that a problem?

towing shouldnt be a problem but like i said its in the future ill be hopefully doing it but if u could p.m me some details that would be great biggrin.gif but like i said dont rush doing it its in the distance tongue.gifbiggrin.gif
