Hi all

Is anyone going out at the weekend?

Dan and I are hoping to still get out Friday evening [weather permitting] as he is not able to come at the weekend.

Sam is home on weekend leave and has called to say he is very keen to get out. I am working Sat am and out Sat night. So it looks like a trip on Sunday may be possible.

Allowing for a later start to clear my head I don't think we will be doing the flounder comp. but we may aim to go into the bay for a few hours[or longer] from about 9.

If anyone is interested in joining us PM or post here.

Hi Charlie

I'd love to go Friday night if you still have a space. Unfortunately work is trying to kill me at the moment (just got in!) I won't really know until 3 / 4 oclock if I am going to get away. If you don't get a more reliable crew I'll give you a buz tomorrow 2 / 3 ish

Regards

Rob looking forward to fishing with you on Sunday, I will call you tomorrow.

Gordon I have a seat and mug ready for you tonight, and hope that you can make it, the tides are big so we will probably try for the rays again.

Will if you are up for Sunday, we would love to have you [and your cake wink.gif ] onboard again. can you PM me a contact number.

Cheers

Hi

I'm planning to take Osprey out with a couple of regulars on Sunday to try the Needles area.

Get the chips on!

Which VHF Channel do you normally use?

Good luck in getting past the ol' charter skippers that monopolise Ch. 6 with their inane and constant chatter....all day; they seem to think it's their own ... CB style!

Alun.

Ps .... I bet you'll soon be reaching for the 'Off' button and your mob.

Very True Mr J. It is worse over your way as they are boats from the solent I think.

They give men a bad name with their twitering!!!

I know what you mean, I've heard them.

Wittering on and on about a some dogfish or other. Lord knows what it'll be like if one of them catches a Cod!

Hopefully we'll be too busy to listen. biggrin.gif
