billy what a great day. weather was perfect wasn't it but i am a bit soar now . but what a day . the sea was like a mill pond all day but i think the shambles has been over fished now there must have been 30 to 40 boats there yesterday and probably to day aswell all draging weights behind them what do you think . the pollack was 5lb 2oz not a bad fish great fight . sorry i forgot the cups for coffee but we was to busy to drink it anyway i will put them on for next time . i hope you will enjoy eatting that lovely plaice you caught all the best and we sea you when we get back from alderney cheers . mark b

some little b@@stard tried to steel loyal royal last night from cobbs quay . they ripped off the wheel clamp with a bar which they left and they tried to smash off the hitch lock but failed i dont know how anybody can drive in to a boat yard hitch up boat and clear off with no one seeing anythink this has happend on more then one occassion people have driven into the yard and drove off with a brand new boat so i have been informed . cobbs quay had a barrier fitted 6 months ago to prevent this happening but 95% of people in poole know the number. mark b

adam i am going to try and chatch some fish . not show my boat off but if that young man is there i am sure he would like to have a look .like your self and anybody else if they wish . but it would be nice to pilchard again i spelt pilchard right this time . mark b

bob is there any guys from southsea angling club fishing with us on sunday because the gentleman i sold pilard to fishes in the same club it could be a tearful reunion for me and pilard mark b

bob if we are going in too boats do you and adam want to meet at my house it will be easier to sort out the boat with 3 of us and then meet up with martin i am hopeing to take loyal royal friday with adam and paul for a test drive and get some hours on the engine and see how it is to launch and recover . mark b
