Hi charlie yes ryan is now driving as he is 16 james is 13 julies good fishing is good when I can get out there its a long weekend this weekend so we are going to Kawau for two nights and two days fishing I hope (weather permitting should) the snappers are coming into the gulf to spawn at the moment so they are not really interested in eating but we will have a go there's a lot of kingfish around at the moment so that's always a option I will send some photos over to you mate and you can post some for us . Hello everyone sorry it's been a while got up this morning and I thought I would have a look at what you guys have been catching I have not been on this site for a few years now it's good to see there are still some cod about and it looks like some good Ray's as well . This time of year it's pretty cold out there on the water especially when you are stood in the water at baiter park waiting for your mate to park the car so is the fishing quite hard or are they jumping on ? . Great report James in the gulf over here a lot of the guys target makos Some of them are huge I have had them swimming around my boat biteing the fish we catch in half when we are reeling them up . Mark b

Hi guys as some of you would of read we are back in the uk for 3 weeks for a visit we are coming down to Dorset on Friday morning and will be meeting up at tower park for a few beers That night Weather permitting and if anyone's going out saturday or sunday could I crew for someone . just watched hughs fishfight over here in new zealand it was shocking i don't believe that those's w@nk@rs in the eu can tell us what fish we can land and what we can not i have sent everyone in the club that i am in now a link and they will sign it . it's so sad all of them good fish going back .i just hope eveyone on this forum has signd it as i just have mark b

thats good you should see the nz navy they have 5 ships and they only train when the sea is flat clam . mark b

I am hoping to get out this weekend for a bit of softbaiting weather permitting i will let you know how we get on .

heres another with this boat it very stable at rest as the keel floods on this modal it holds 530 l of water in rough conditions you can keep the ballast water using the shut off gate taking advantage of the added weight keeping the boat safe ' stable and soft riding .

We part ex our old boat for this one we found it on the thursday night on tradme me (nz ebay ) and it was on our drive on saturday morning' boats with this spec and this new don't hang around long the engine has only done 57hours and the guy that had it befour was not a fisherman so the baitboard like the rest of the boat is like new .

We had to do it we just out grew the other boat with both boys so much in to there fishing now and so is the wife and we have spent some weekend's away on it but there is just not enought room for all of us and we also carry 115 ltd icetek bin to keep the fish cool in the summer so room is very tight on board untill now the is a surtees 7.3 game fisher fully kitted out from radar to trimtabs 12.5" navman plotter fishfinder here are some pics

hi guys good to hear from you all so rich you are into shooting now they do a lot of that here for wild pigs and deers and the best thing is they shoot them from a helicopters as there is so much ground to cover . The weather here at the mo is not that good very windy but warm and overcast but for the fishing we went out xmas eve on yes you guessed it we have brought a new boat my kids are just getting to big for the old one and spending the night on the old boat was just to crampt so we part ex it for a 2010 sertees and yes it's a tinney so xmas eve we was just playing with our new toy trying to work out all the electronics it has but time seems to fly by here and we are so busy every weekend there is some think going on. We are all coming back in june for 3 weeks for a vist and we are coming down to dorset so i will look forward to visting you guys on club night for a beer . mark b

yes mate we got out for a few hours yesterday morning me ryan and he's mate we had about 10 fish and keeped just the two of them well the boy's had 10 fish 'we caught them all on soft bait's 7" nuclear chickens wanted to stay out longer but had to go to work . mark b
