I think that like the rest of the food producers its big or not at all, milk 600 cows or more not worth doing other wise they are now going for herds of 6000 cows ,chickens , eggs, firms like tesco tell them how much they will earn per unit and all because we want cheap food its us the consumer they are trying to keep happy so they fish, farm and do what ever to cover these needs not a easy way out graham

I hope if anyone seen this it is not the scottish boys in the wrong iceland and norway want the right to catch more and land it and sell it here ,mackerel is one fish that is on the increase and as my father comes from this part of scotland and i have family in the fishing up there i feel that it is not all correct with the fishing but so do they. They are sick to death of dumping dead fish then they sitting in the harbour with full quotas while the foreign boats land fish in our ports with no quotas graham

I have expensive rods and solid c rods but at 60p a week for these rods its worth a go and they seem quite good so if i trash 1 in a year not a great loss cheers graham

I had a trip to in-excess today they had fladen maxximus offshore rods with braid rings 20-30lb and10-20lb

if it's any help i use srewfix compartment boxes there cheap and hold all your hooks in one and beads plus bits in the other cheers graham

A week ago my 80 hp efi would not power down into the water on the ram then i saw the oil on the water . So after being lifted out the case of the power/tilt & trim ram was spilt about 3 inches but out of gaurantee so a call to Barrus/Mariner and they have said that they will supply the power tilt & trim unit FREE OF CHARGE.Now thats what i call a good company and no quibble so i am a very happy man and nice to know that their our good companys out there would i have another mariner YES cheers graham
