On a night beach fishing in the harbour a few years back the guy I was fishing with fluffed a cast and the weight stuck in the mud. He yanked it free but it flew back towards him and the bottom hook of his three hook rig went straight through the middle of his nose! He was very lucky it didn't end up in his eye and the weight missed him but it was left to me the try and unhook him in pitch black. Ended up cutting the barbed end off and threading the hook through, not nice with rather a lot of blood but he was a lucky chap!

Back from carping and what a complete waste of time that was! Dan your welcome to crew for me no problems, still room for one more if anyone else fancies it. Wont be leaving early, looking to get down the boat for about 8.30 and then head west. Dan you have a PM with my number, give me a call and we will arrange a plan.
