Brian
This was in Hampshire, but they wouldn't want to sell the stuff too close to where it was nicked (if it was nicked). Anyone lost any boat bits, might be worth checking your boat. http://www.worldseafishing.com/forums/show...ad.php?t=794634
Sinbad
Brian, I am dismayed that these guys dont immediately think this is illegal, do the right thing and report this information to the Marine crime unit. As I understand it - this unit is being hit by funding cuts and may be disbanded altogether in Poole. Its probably due to their profile not being as high as it should be. Maverick Martin
Can you post something on WSF? Regards Paul That's where it originates from Paul I agree we as a group ie boaters should be more aware of where any offers of cheap goods come from and if suspicious report to the authorities. Would be a crime in itself if the marine unit was disbanded, that would leave a free for all Martin
pirky
Many a battle is lost while good men watch on !!! Report it as a post on WSF and let the marine police follow it up if they have the resources and finance !!! Oh there lies a possible problem !! Worth a try !!
