A Thresher ended up on a fishmongers table in Cardiff- it was caught by a Cornish trawler. I think this is pretty shameful in this day and age: Thresher on the slab In a probable attempt to redress the balance and reputation of Fishermen/Anglers of the region, another Thresher was released by a Cornish charter boat out of Looe. This is more what we would expect to hear: Thresher caught and released Another, more recent story, of a Porbeagle was shamelessly killed in the Hebrides.
