Guest
I had some very much like these (they were fladen too). I had to remove them tho' because the edges were very sharp and my crew actually cut themselves on them. (I never cut myself, but they were always doing it). Not sure if they are the exact same ones but they were very similar.
kingfisher1
We got these on our predator made by fladen. There ok for money but started rusting fairly quick we had to file sone of the edges as they were sharp.
Jim
Barney ( The Grinch ) bought some ( or something very similar ). I've been in engineering all my adult life and could not believe that something so bad ( sharp edges etc. ) could be on sale in this country. I put him onto the people that make the holders which I designed for Small Fry. He's having a batch of single mount tubes made. I suspect he's ordered more than he needs so there could be some up for sale ? ? ? Over to you Mick ... . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . But I suppose if you want cheap and nasty . . . . . . . you gets what you pay for I suppose. Jim
Barney
Well Jim !!! When Tony decides to finish them they will be great. As a rod holder the fladens ones are brilliant, just perfect to sit on the rail on the warrior. Quality wise very thin rusted very quickly and sharper than some filleting knives ive used. Made from a quality source they will be perfect. Im not sure how many are being made or the cost but i will post as soon as i know. Jim if you see Tony give him a nudge for me Mick
