Folding Boarding Ladder

I've got a boarding ladder for sale, the plastic tread is missing on one rung. £35.

If it will stand proud of my trim tabs i would be interested- can you advise me of some dims?

 

width across mounts, distance from mounts to the stand-offs, distance it stands proud and overall length.
