Well you don't expect to much and you'll not be disappointed.

Met up with Ken at 10, had a prod about with the dead dolphin carcass, and the pair of Dorados launched into a relatively quiet bay

Paddled straight out as the range was off limits today. We heard lots of machine gun fire all day. Hooked onto some pots in 30 feet of water and didn't have a bite for 2 hours.

The sea glassed off and I could see another pot a quarter of a mile further out.

I paddled over and had bites from the off. There was a smaller buoy just behind it and Ken joined me.

First was a small whiting. Then a dog, then a poor cod shed its scales all over me. Then more dogs and lots of small pout.

Around three we both decided to hit it and quit, and a quick paddle back to the launch to warm up
