I would say no good.

Prices are no cheaper (prob more) than online / local chandlers (take a force four catalogue with you) and you don't get a receipt so no chance of returning anything!

Ok, if you are looking for used kit and / junk! (Best and only good find was a matching crew seat for Charlie's Shetland). Oh, and a wheel for my mates tip run trailer!

It's not as good as it used to be. As Rob said, taken over by dealers or junk.

I did pick up some fishing bit and pieces a couple of years ago, didn't buy anything last year.

I prefer Beaulieu, admittance covers the motor museum as well.

it wasnt on last year coz the travellers were on the site.

Its always nice to look around but as Rob says, theres no receipt given and almost everything ive ever bought as "new" has broken very soon after fitting. If theres anything second hand you need it might be worth a visit but otherwise its only really any good as a rummage around.

The stainless steel man with all his nuts and bolts is quite good and a few other bits but it's somewhere to look around on these windy days and keeps the wife happy looking in the garden shop across the road

I think the Travellers closed it the year before.....

Amongst the tat, their are often bargains to be had - or you end up buying things you didn't know you needed or wanted and then never use!.

You can often find cheap - but not out of date! antifoul and anodes and various cleaning products

Some fishing tackle bargains - but beware of what you are buying.

Usually loads of PBSBAC members wandering around - so a good social

I will be going - so see you all there.

Travellers were 2013.

If you own a Classic/Vintage vessel (like mine) then you can have fun rummaging through the piles of tat to find new-old-stock bits that match the worn-out items on your driveway ornament money-pit  boat. B)

I also got a bargain duel-fuel camping cooker there once

And as Neal says, you may see some of your PBSBAC chums there for a natter.

But don't expect to find bargains on nice new electronics or anything like that.

I went last year and bought some items. Like the others say, you need to have a good rummage. I bought two mugs for a £1 each which are specifically designed not to fall over or spill their contents. I have used them on board and they work well.  I also bought a roll of anti-slide matting for the galley table, so that when we are eating our lunch our plates and cups don't slide off the table.

I believe you need to get there early to get the bargains and best buys.

I think it's worth going as long as the weather is favourable!!
