I think you may be alright Im almost sure he has two at the stern

But you would have to question the construction of the "marina". Was it fit for purpose without piles to take the load.

Italian red tape is immense, so I am surprised that it failed.

 

I am sure that even if the cruise line have to pay to rebuild , it is a much cheaper option than the liner going aground and having to be repaired, passengers compensated etc.

I am sure that would run to a much higher figure than the estimated damage costs quoted.

 

I am also sure that Cobbs Quay is constructed better Graham, thrust away
