Adam,

I will be at a wedding in Chichester the night before, so will very likely be later than the 7-30 AM off at 8-00 AM start. ( Will probably be more like 9 AM for me ).

Therefore, will see you out there - Sam is crewing I believe, so will aim to leave my house at 7-30 AM ( zzzz ) and pick him up at around 8 AM - to get to Weymouth by 9 AM ish ( hopefully still before the guy in the kiosk smile.gif ).

Is this OK Sam ?

It also depends on getting my boat back by the Sunday ( ie. Assume all goes OK with the engine repairs on Saturday ).

Sweet Honey will be there, I'll need crew.

What time are you guys leaving in the morning? ie., how far is Weymouth from Poole? I will need to add the 1 hr 15 min on top of the journey time.

yeah thats fine with me paul bit better than the 5 0'clock start for burnham

hopefully we will catch a few more fish than last time

have you heard anything about your engine.

Sam,

Boat goes in for engine fix on Friday. They said it will be ready on Saturday, so I will know Saturday if all is OK or if it is not ready for whatever reason.

Weymouth will then be its test run unsure.gifunsure.gif

No problem Rich.

Are you gonna get someone to drop you off at Rownhams? Only asking cos you are not allow to park there more than 2 hours.

If that's a problem, I can come a bit off the motorway to pick you up.

Kam,

I am sure Rich will reply but as he may not be on for a while, I think you will find that Rich can walk from his house to Rownhams services ( carrying all his tackle as well ?? ).

Kam, I can walk down to the services from the flat, so thats no problem. I will only be bringing an uptider, and a small boat rod, a lightweight tackle box, and a handfull of leads. What time are you thinking of being there?? I will PM you my contact numbers.

Hi all

It looks like a well supported traill away this Sunday

I hope that the sport is good

I have just ordered bait for Sam and Paul from Alex, he has some big orderes in so if anyone else is thinking of using him I suggest that you ought to call him today and place an order.

Tight lines

Do you know the way to Weymouth? I think it'd be easier if you tell me what time I'd need to be at the services if we plan to be meet the rest of the guys at Weymouth.

Not wishing to be a stick in the mud but I think we will need to keep a close eye on the forecast for Sunday, which currently is not looking good. Hopefully this will improve nearer the day.

I was keeping quiet, hoping the forecast would improve!

At the moment it looks like 25 knots Southerly, which is a big no go.

Fingers crossed this will shift.

By Friday eve we should have a better idea.
