i had amtico flooring installed a few years ago. I have a really great guy to do it (but sadly he is essex based). 

 

he strongly advised against using karndean as it will have less than half the lifespan of amtico. Aparrently the quality and thickness of the covering lacquer is substantially lower.

I forgot to say . . . . . . . . . i too had Amtico flooring installed after discussing with Paul.

 

And just a little note.

Up to the age of 5  I went to school in the next street to where the Amtico factory is in Coventry.

How's about that for a co insky dinsky.  🤪
