Went to check boat today and couldn't get past gate on pontoon.

Cards not working gate.

Office told me all

mdl marinas have same problem due to software problems.

 

They will give you a code to enter your pontoon .

Nice of them to let us know!

Yep, I went down today to get the cards re-programmed for the new car park operation. To be told this has been delayed due to software issues!!!

 

I voiced my frustration to the girl on the desk as they could have let me know beforehand and I would not have made a special trip down.

 

Chas informed me that a code is now required for the gates as the cards do not work due to a director cancelling the security numbers off of all the MDL group's cards. Idiot!!

 

They have little consideration for their customers.

Considering they stopped using the Keypads due to Covid, so entry was contactless.
