Bramble banker Posted July 30 Report Posted July 30 Hi Guys, It’s been a while! I’m finally making progress with the Wilson 20, all new electricals, outboard on engine pod with full spit and polish. Hope to be a bit more active when back on the water. I’ve been told I need to have some rails so I don’t drown fellow comrades and make the boat a little safer , can anyone recommend someone for some stainless work other than the good man stainless Steve whom is awfully busy making other goodies for ourselves. great white Posted July 30 Report Posted July 30 You could try Marc at Haywoods technical, up in Hamworthy, but he too may be very busy. 01202 623900 or 07809 837316 Quote

great white Posted July 30 Report Posted July 30 Thanks, she looks great. I had a Wilson Flyer 18 when we moved to Dorset. she had a very similar windscreen, after I made it and fitted it, I had transformed the boats driving experience. Especially if there was spray or rain about. But not as much as when I swapped the engine for a new Yamaha 60 and removed half the bulkhead to make it into a cuddy like yours. I hope you have as much fun on her as we had on our flyer. Quote

As Adam has said in a different post regarding warriors the difference in the 17/20 is remarkable, adding an extra few inches (steady Jim) with the pod makes the boat handle the sea even better.
