Warrior Boat Stolen

A friend of mines mate has had his nearly new Warrior 165 stolen from outside his house.

The boat is about one year old with a blue splice running down the side. It had most of the warrior accessories fitted and had a mariner 75 two stroke on the back.

If anyone knows of a boat fitting this description that suddenly appears or is offered at a very low price could you let me know.

If seen please send to my home email address of jimshamilton@tiscali.co.uk

This had high security wheel clamp on it and the triple lock standard on indespension trailers.

Given it was stolen overnight and obviously serious tools were needed to overcome the above I think it was a professional job

This was stolen from Scotland so may well make its way down South, so if you hear of a Warrior going cheaper than normal please give Jim a message via his email.

Thanks to all

Will keep a look out Coddy. I presume it was insured?

Stolen boats like this must be hard to move on? Surely not like a car where you can disguise it easily.

I guess you could split it up and mix and match the parts and accesories.....warrior also have the serial number in three places on the boat - all very hard to find.

Dave, registartion numbers are camera sensitive these days, so it MAY have been recorded somewhere along the route, if the tailboard was still fitted. I'm sure that local plod ahs already followed this line of enquiry, but check with your friend to see if its already in hand.

Next bet, is Buy aboat under

Thanks guys

I know it is a long shot for it to be down here but you never know.

I would hate for it to happen to me let alone someone else as it is a lot of personal money tied up in an outfit.

I will pass on your suggestions.

Dave

ps Rich you should have a PM about Florida.
