Have fishing permit for either Saturday, Sunday or both days maybe.

Weather is looking good ( from last forecast I saw ).

All I need now is some crew. Any takers for a trip from Lymington or Mudeford after some cod / whiting on the Needles ?

Unfortunately, tide times not so good but got to be worth a go ??

LW is something like 4-30 / 5 PM in the evening. and 4AM in the morning, so will mean fishing the ebb sad.gif

On the up side, sounds familiar timings from when we last went Mark smile.gif

I'm up for a trip on one day or the other [ not sure which fits better domestically yet !!].

There's quite a big tide and LW at that time means getting back into Mudeford is no prop..osal!

I might be thinking of another floundering session on one of the mornings but the prospect of a nice calm day for a last cod session is also attractive. I might be guided by how easy it is to dig bait!

With the meeting on Thurs., perhaps we can arrange then?

Count me in for something,

Sunday looks the calmer day and a slightly smaller tide.

Mark, if you're looking for crew, I'll join you or buddy boat.

See you Thurs?

As soon as you start to firm up a few ideas............ something comes along and attenuates the plans !!

So, for me , Sunday's off but Saturday is on !

Anyone wanting to join me at Lymington ??........ or a morning trip for flounder [Poole or Christchurch]??

Sat. beginning to look sunnier and less windy than a few hours ago....... aren't these forecasters fickle??

See you at Thurs.' meeting,

Neo :- Me + another

Gastronaught :- Alun J + another

Enticer ( if needed )

Crew available :- Gordon H and Gordon Moore

SUNDAY

=====

Nipper :- Mark + Rich ( possibly ) + spare ( if needed )

Neo :- Paul D + another

I'm on for Sunday, Mark, have we cuttle left in the freezer?? If not, if we are launching from Lymo, I will nip into the nick and grab some from the freezer.

What time at the slip??

Grrrrr....weather settles down, cod still to be caught, and we have a weekend away!

Was about to offer to crew, but have been advised that it might not be a good idea.

Good luck all who fish!

Can't see me making it this weekend either, but the following one is guaranteed clear skies, sunshine and F1 W so I have it pencilled in for my last session before a break............. unsure.gif

may even get out after the pollack

"Awol" could be out Saturday but would need crew, any takers?

Martin

Martin,

Can I come along Saturday ? It is looking as if Gordon ( M ) cant make Saturday, so a toss up between towing Neo to Lymington for 2 days in a row and a trip on the new boat. No contest !

Still got the tail end of the cold I had, but will be fine come Saturday.

I'm going from Lymington on Sat. and the forecast is looking increasingly sunny and calm.

Anyone like to join me on Gastronaught? Gordon H. ? [ Codmeister ].......

..........or is that only on Fugazi?

Paul,

Currently banking on you being available to crew on Sunday. Do you have a "2 day pass" then smile.gif ( If not then no problem as I will follow Nipper / Splash Out )

Who's coming with me on Sat.?, PJ or Gordon H.?

Martin, are fishing Poole grounds or joining us S. of the Needles?; looks like being a nice calm day to open the throttle on AWOL!

After all the rough weather days, I expect everyone might be out this w.end and could easily be 40 + boats in field of view...... but how many codfish ???
