Comp Entry forms

I have lost the entry forms for tomorrows comp, Will there be any available at Beta or are there any on the forum that i can print off? I have had a good root around the forums and cant see any.

Yes there will be plenty of entry forms at the registration table

There was an entry form on the "rules.doc" which was attached to the front page.

However, seems to have disappeared when the document was updated.
