Reading all the posts and trying to remember is a real task.

Now let me see - - -

Fish tend to go for features.

Use the digital weedfinder.

Look for a bottom with uppey downey bits.

More than one feature.

Use the correct bait and present it properly.

In short ............ Look for an interesting curvey Bottom, A good pair of Features, Take plenty of Money....................... That's Friday night sorted then.

Now What about the Fishing ?

Still learning.

The mods may move this thread to another section-

depending on species mate. My ray mark is flat, no bumps whatsoever, but just thick mud. Mullet, gars, maccy, bream, dogs, smoothound, pack tope can be caught over any bottom.

A rocky outcrop, or lumps and bumps on bottom will help if you target conger, bass, wrass, bullhuss, etc

Bait is important, but squid will take 95% of the species we target. Terminal tackle wise, you can get tecnical but a simple running rig will take most species.

Keep asking the questions mate, the lads in here are very helpful.
