Jim
Sunday Up at 5.0am Picked up Dave ( Wight Magic ) at 6.40 left home at 7.00 Collected worms en-route to Baiter. Launched Small Fry and connected up electrics whilst Dave logged us in at Poole Sea Angling. Set off for Wareham channel about 7.40. Found a spot - It was very busy up there. Got a bite straight of - - - - - It was a small Bass. Then another. Then Dave got a Flounder, Yipppppeeee. Then I had one, Then we had more small Bass, then more Flounders. Dave had one over 2 lb ( the minimum weighing in size ). It all went quiet about 1.0 ish so we tried moving, only to find more small Bass. We moved again and found a few boats fishing nearer to Baiter. We joined them, No more baby Bass - - - Yippeeeeeeee. Loads of Crabs - - - - Booo Martin and Dean came and said Hello on AWOL ( Nice looking boat ) Went back for the weigh in. Dave got joint 8th 9th 10th prize with 2lb 4 1/4 oz He earned himself a nice little rod. I won a reel in the raffle. I'll post a piccy of Dave's Fish tonight. We had another Good Day out. Cheers Dave. Jim
