great white Posted July 20, 2004 Report Posted July 20, 2004 Hi all its time to try again. This Sunday brings the third of our series of species hunts and the third round of the Suzuki Boat league for this year. It would be nice to see another good turn out and I hope that the calmer and warmer weather that i have just seen on the TV actually arrives this time. We need at least 12 fishing or James good start of maximum points from 2 comps will be wasted Please report your catches promptly, as I have only 7 days to submit them to the magazine. Wendys parents are visiting this weekend, so my boys are opting to stay ashore and be spoilt rotten rather than get up early with their Dad. I will therefore need a crew if I am to fish, so if anyone fancys a trip call me , email or post a reply. Tight lines all Charlie Quote
Swainiac Posted July 21, 2004 Report Posted July 21, 2004 Hi Charlie, I am unable to compete this weekend as my boys are over from N Ireland, so there will be no crewing till the end of the month. Sorry to let the club down, hopefully the good turn out will continue. Regards, Rich Quote

duncan Posted July 21, 2004 Report Posted July 21, 2004 I confirm that I will be out on Phaeton sometime that day and will therefore fish the comp. I will not be available on here that week but will telephone in to Charlie my success (or otherwise)! Quote
Bob F Posted July 21, 2004 Report Posted July 21, 2004 Charlie, If no one else offers to crew for you let me know. I was planning to take young Robert out in Splash-Out, but could re-adjust and leave Rob at home. He's got conflicting activities on Sunday and is easy either way. Bob F Quote
