Thanks for the Birthday wishes, I went to Rome to watch the England game. Lots of culture and vino, although I had to drink lager due to the Italians lack of attention to ale stockists.

Thanks for the Birthday wishes. I am still enjoying the NZ summer with lots of fishing time - spent my Birthday catching some live bait, followed by a 4.30 am dawn raid to try for a Kingfish. Was on my mark by 5.00am and within 20 minutes there were five other boats around me.......they’re keen over here. No Kingfish, but a few other species for the table, and a hammerhead shark that put up a great tussle. Good practice for Alderney. Regards to all. Ian

Update ! Thanks to rivershack boats we have good progress! The engine is a good one ! All cylinders have good compression, its all fine, needs a very good full service. New Battery, tray, cables, etc etc now happening The electrics have all be given a general look over. Minor problems are there is no push to choke on the control unit First maiden launch very soon ( harbour only) Crew required
