Is the Bridge saying something?
Leicester Fisheagle and one other reacted to Kingfisher 126 for a topic
Just been told that the bridge will be lowered 07.30 hrs Wednesday and will remain down until Saturday PM to enable a survey for the problem. Hopefully relifted Saturday PM. They are hoping to open it for road traffic whilst it is down. Good and bad news. đâšī¸2 points -

Poole Marine services ( Golden Arrow ) used to do mine. A young chap by the name of Sam Cobb. They are not cheap but I doubt that ANYONE's cheap when the word " marine " is used They know what they're doing and have the software etc. as they're the local dealership for E-Tec. Oh decisions decisions decisions1 point

Should have gone high enough over Holes Bay and joined the Holes Bay Road, would have kept all the lorries etc from the port out of Poole.1 point -

Everyone must know that we should have gone for a higher bridge that ; 1. Does not open/close 2. Does not therefore fail open or closed, bringing traffic to a stop. 3 Does not cost a fortune in maintenance over its lifetime 4 Does not need a team of 32 people and a dedicated VHF channel just to get it opening and closing to schedule.1 point
