Well I " forced " myself to get out of bed and get motivated to go fishing!😴😴 First stop a fuel up and then I'm off out to chosen area see whats about. No whiting, just doggies, straps and couple of pouting was all I could find. Was watching a big flock of seagulls diving and coming towards the boat to within about 20 yards, catching whitebait I think. Could see fish swirling on the surface , put down maccie feathers but no good so changed to sabikis and bingo!!!! I caught around 60 bass , it was like catching mackerel as the bass were coming up 3 or 4 on hooks at a time, the biggest was about 1.5lb , no biggies but what fantastic sport was had! .......And then it just stopped and not another fish caught!! Back in for 3.30 and a wash down......worth getting up after all!😁
