Gummage, ref: the green feeling , I would love to have thatπ. You can practice by driving across a ridge and furrow grass field with your eyes closed , I could help there, but green grass a bit more trickyπ would Brown do Martin π. Thinking of ploughing some up and planting banana trees π sorry folks it's a climate joke, but it's not a joke to us π. ππππππππππ. Colin

Well done Martin, I used to be a fresh water fisherman, given time you may convert yours to " propper" fishing. ππππππ colin

You have nothing to worry about Martin, when such things happen there is the most wonderful saying, it goes. O Grandad, just say that, smile and carry on, there's no repercussion , usually ! π.

Your under selling yourself Jerry , thatβs a wonderful and intriguing video, hopefully it sees its way onto the club YouTube site, Well done for thinking to film it. Glad to see your back at the helm too π. Fish will come, even mackerel may be π. Colin.

Definitely Charlie, Jim and I are practicing π well Jim is , I have treesπ. The one thing we didnβt think of Charlie was to take pics of you that dayβΉοΈ. I think it was special to both of us though.

Thanks Jim, Absolutely brilliant, what technology hey, I will have to make sure that bit of oak tree doesnβt go on the fire ! π Charlie owns the copy-right π thanks for taking the picture Charlie, Donβt think either of us thought it would result in the above at the time. Hope it causes a bit more interest on the club channel, sure it will, Nice one Jim π. If this works itβs taken from this picture

Jim, the vid played perfect on my Mac book? Interesting. Another good day Charlie especially the turbot!π. Wished I could have got down to join you, looks like we would have had time to do duck eggs with the bacon. Duck eggs and good fishing rods the two things I forgot to bring on our last trip πππππππ. Wanted, advise, anyone know who could put me a couple of eyes on two nice bendy rods please ? Thanks. Colin.

Good luck Charlie, hopefully you will find that 18lb blonde π circumstances will just not allow me to come and enjoy another fantastic day out with you tomorrow, I am gutted !π’ I really hope someone will join you though, I will try and find out who is selling this sofa glue down Poole way that is sticking members arses to . π. A disappointed colin, you can use my lucky rain coat if you do need it !π π

R brilliant jim, what it is to be technologically blessed ! π I am now wishing we had brought Charlie's biggest conger on board , that would have been even more carving! It was longer than charlieπ.

Look forward to joining you afloat tomorrow Charlie, getting excited, I have packed my sunglasses already! π. Colin.

Well done Charlie and Mick, I would have loved to have joined you but couldnt, an opportunity well taken ,the weather not fully co-operating you done well ,and the undi a great result for you Charlie. Apart from the rain it must have almost been a fun dayπ. If it's any consolation the weather is pretty crap inland as well.π Hopefully the weather will soon improve, but it looks like a que of low pressures for a while. Colin.

Thanks Mal for a very thoughtful , caring, and reassuring post, the kindness I have received via text and phone conversations with members has been a great comfort to me. My wife was diagnosed with a myeloma cancer 17 months ago , iam going through a β well man , m o t clinic thing at the moment π€ on that one but so far they say itβs not cancer. I think I will put a post up soon that may help other members, but if any one wants a chat or text in confidence iam more than happy to listen and help in any way I can male or female. You can p m me on here or tel me on 07730249907. Google hope and cancer is probably worth doing. NEVER GIVE UP Jerry, thatβs fantastic news on you update , when we were out on 11/8/25. Two of us had a theoretical Β£1000. Day out , bass and bonito fishing ,π fun and frolics , what you spoke of then was a worry for a while but seems to have turned out the right way. Thatβs your Β£1000 dayπ Not sure I can easily forgive you about the knee thing, never mind about the s p jigging lessons, may be I should do a talk after a meeting , entitled how to disembark safely from a tractor π Sorry Jerry shouldnβt make fun it probably still hurts βΉοΈ. Colin.

Hope you have recovered Charlie, Iβve got it now ! Donβt think I caught it off the club site , pretty sure I caught mine at hospital! βΉοΈ.
