Hi Guys After getting some excellent advice from Colin-58, I have scaled down the size of boat I'm looking for to something more manageable for launching. I've put a deposit on a boat pending sea trials and I would like to know what questions I should be asking about the boat and it's engines etc. Its 17ft and has a Honda BF75A outboard. Year of manufacture is 2003 and comes on a Brenderup 2 wheel trailer, extras include a Honda auxiliary outboard engine and bracket, Garmin GPS, Garmin fishfinder, stainless steel rod holders, stainless steel hand rails and grab handles, pilot and co-pilot seats, swim ladder, double "V" berth, fenders with lines and more.

Hi guys, Started clearing my workshop after years of hoarding and being given things. I will try and say condition etc, the electric bike must be worth a bit and I would like to get something for this which I will donate directly to NHS. On eBay last week there were 2 exactly the same not working which both went for over £500. I do not expect anything like that. It was my brother in laws who never rode it, (plastic still on handle bars) flat battery and tyres. The router is Jim’s if he’d still like it, the Kangol drill runs but has a problem, lots of drill bits etc, BD old drill works fine, also a mitre hand saw no picture. Donations to Nigel for HOW at the next meeting!! More stuff to come, prefer bike collected but for a pint I could be persuaded to drop at Cobbs😜 All is used and just needs use and a good home!! pm for more info. Jerry

Agree with Robs comments about the trailer ,also check the wheel bearings before you tow it away. I would also suggest a boat that size with a 75 Honda (which are a bit of a lump) will need trim tabs to keep the back up. Richard

Nice good luck, hope she goes well! I suspect the trailer will need to be braked and working to be legal. As over 750kg (hull 450/500kg, engine 170kg, trailer 150/200kg, fuel, ropes, anchor&chain, general stuff) well over. Rob

This is a phased plan to see angling permitted as a safe activity for mental and physical wellbeing during the COVID-19 crisis. It’s a powerful case as to how and why angling should be at the front of the queue when the lockdown restrictions are reviewed. In sharing this I want to be absolutely clear that restrictions on angling have not yet been lifted – that decision must remain with the government in order to align with the national effort to combat the transmission of COVID-19 and support the work of our public services.
