This summer our son Sam decided that it was time to bite the bullet and purchase his own boat. Last Friday saw him and Eileen drove all the way up North to view a very good candidate, they viewed it, liked what they saw and bought her This week he is like a kid waiting for Christmas, arranging a few things ready for her delivery ASAP Well done Sam, something that you have wanted to do since you were a little boy. We know that you Eileen Jayden and Jack will have some fun days on her. Cannot wait to get together in the bay and beyond.

Very good boats. The Quicksilver Pilothouse was my first Boat. That’s the boat I won the big prize on the Poole Open Cod comp. I used to travel further afield on that boat than the Merryfisher I have now. Excellent choice. Good luck Sam and Eileen and kids. Greg

I have been using this stuff for the last 3 years as recommended by the previous boat owner. I have used 9 mouth old petrol with no problems on the boat that I now use it in the fuel for the lawn mower and strimmer with no starting issues after being in the shed all winter. Looks just the job, well done Sam.

Its not at all comfortable travelling in the bow at speed teeth rattling. But inside its toasty and very little water comes over the foredeck which is self draining. With a new high pressure fuel pump and fuel regulator in the 115 hp efi OB ,hydraulic steering and trimtabs shes a great 30knot water taxi. Doesnt catch many fish though probably because its more fun blasting around the bay[emoji3]
