Thanks for the invite Chris it was an early start for me up at 4-15 down at Cobbs 6-30 gear on boat and get the kettle on while waiting for the skipper to arrive off by 7 back in for 5-30 then home at 8 o’clock 😴 It was great to get out on the banks with a good few fish 🐟 i was amazed how many small congers are about probably only a pound in weight we had some great laughs catching up and putting the world to rights hope to do that trip again some time thanks again Skipper 👏

What a scorcher of a week to get my boat out🥵 10 days ago I booked the boat out for annual polish and anti foul Monday morning 10 o’clock out she come on with the polishing now it was getting warmer all polished in couple of days then a very good friend turned up to give me a hand with the anti fouling by this time of week it was sweltering that all went well I new I had a problem with bilge pump so with investigation it was knackerd 😢 don’t worry I was told we can fit a new one 👏 well with a lot of cussing sweating and swearing it was in thanks mate 👍 Friday afternoon she was slipped back in

Well what a long weekend that was, flat seas and unbroken sunshine ☀️ Great report Charlie you summed it up perfect, it was brilliant to make the trip again with good company shame young Dave has to tangle you up so much 😂😂 Had turbot for Dinner last night and beautiful it was I can see we go to those lengths to get delicious fish 🐟 Thanks Dave for the invite also Charlie and Mark for making another memorable trip👏👍 Kev

Ooooowwwww I feel a bit of bitterness there 🤣🤣 The elusive COD are very hard to snare but the top anglers can manage that 👏😜 the fish supper was beautiful cod chippies and fresh peas from garden 😋 we must do it again 🤞
