Just spoke with Trev, it's true, he is still alive and his account has not be hacked!!!
Sounds like the NHS have done a blinder of a job. He is still is hospital but coming home soon, but they are keeping an eye on him and ensuring he behaves.

Holes Bay Marine looks after mine and I believe installed the original.
Be aware the later baystar steering wheel pumps are not repairable so you can't change o rings if they leak,you will need a new unit.
Also if you don't have sufficient clearance to remove the hydraulic ram cylinder rod when in situ the whole unit will need to be removed/replaced.
Corrosion of the exposed fittings can be an issue requiring a new unit.
